Using the latest security protection toolkits we provide content protection and Digital Rights Management solutions for safe, secure delivery and distribution of digital content on removable media. Copy protection and encryption solutions are available for USB Flash Memory Drives and Enhanced DVD-R optical media discs. This is a world first and we can offer this directly to you and your business.

USB Flash Memory Size

The special USB Flash Memory Drives that are used for security protection have a capacity from 1GB to 8GB maximum.
These unique removable USB Drives are specially built to give the highest level of security. They have embedded microcontrollers encrypting and controlling file settings.

How can we protect your data files?

Our security protection includes the newest and safest security features on the market. These include:

• Run files along with removable media: this could be used as a USB dongle for software applications
• File Execution Checks: taking out the USB Drive will freeze and halt the running file until the USB Drive is put back in to the USB socket
• Terminate on Eject: if the USB Drive is taken out, the opened file will automatically shut down without warning
• Password Protect: before loading up a file, you need to enter in a password to gain entry
• Expiry Date: apply this will put a time limit on to the file. This is useful for demo application or files of confidential nature.
• PDF Protection: PDFs are converted to EXE files stopping the file from being used further on other PDF type programs. Any security settings assigned during the original PDF creation will be adhered to such as disabling print, saves etc...
• Disable Copy and Paste: the file can not be copied and paste further onto other electronic mediums or from further duplication
• Disable Print: this feature will disable the print capability on the file list below
• Disable Save As: this feature will disable the save as fearure on the file list below

Advanced USB Flash Drive Settings

• CD-ROM Emulation: we can create a special partition (area) on the USB Drive that can act as a 'virtual' CD-ROM Drive. As CD-ROMs are read only mediums, your files can not be deleted or removed
• Autorun Support: autorun support allows any file to be loaded up immediately when the USB Drive is inserted into the USB socket of the computer. You could call up a movie, powerpoint presentation, terms of use etc...
• Partition Creation: This enables your USB Pen to act as two devices. One will have your non-removable files on the first partition, whilst the second partition can be free for your clients use. There is no fixed partition size.
• Partition Configuration: To give you flexible partition settings, we can offer read-only, read/write and cd-rom only. Here are a list of possible partition settings:

If you would like security protection to data files on your USB Flash Drive or DVD-R optical discs, let us know when ordering and we can put this into place.
Please note: you will need to order from us our special micro-chipped USB Flash Drive and the unique Enhanced DVD-R optical disc to allow double the security protection you require for thos important files.
